| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设是贯彻落实中央16号文件精神的重要举措,也是推进辅导员队伍走向职业化、专业化发展的必然要求。本文针对目前辅导员队伍建设中存在的一些问题,提出进一步统一思想认识、严格坚持准入机制、加强师德师风建设、加大培养力度、拓宽发展渠道和加强实践锻炼等策略。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the construction of instructors＇ team,namely,further unifying the ideological cognition,strictly insisting on access mechanism,strengthening teaching morality construction,reinforcing cultivation intensity,broadening developing channels,enhancing practice training,and so on. |
