| 摘 要： | 本研究以219家广东省企业为样本,实证分析了不同企业规模、企业性质、企业成立年限下企业家纵向社会资本、横向社会资本以及社会关系资本与企业创业绩效的关系。研究发现,企业规模调节企业家横向社会资本、社会关系资本对创业绩效的正向作用;企业性质调节企业家横向社会资本与创业绩效的关系;企业成立年限调节企业家纵向、横向社会资本与创业绩效之间的关系。并在此基础上,作者从社会资本角度对提高中小企业创业绩效提出了相应思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the sample of 219 enterprises in Guangdong, this paper empirically analyzed the effect of a group of factors on entrepreneurial performance, including entrepreneurial vertical social capital, entrepreneurial horizontal social capital and entrepreneurial social relational capital. And this research samples covered different entrepreneurial scale, different entrepreneurial nature with different founded life. The research results were as follows: the degree of positive effect caused by entrepreneurial horizontal social capital and entrepreneurial social relational capital, was adjusted by entrepreneurial scale; entrepreneurial nature played a role on the relationship between entrepreneurial horizontal social capital and entrepreneurial performance; entrepreneurial founded life acted as an adjusting factor in the effect of entrepreneurial vertical/horizontal social capital on entrepreneurial performance. Furthermore, on the basis of this study, we propose some methods to increase SME's entrepreneurial performance from the social capital perspective. |
