计算机学研产互动人才培养机制的研究与实践

摘    要:依据国家信息化建设的人才需求状况,以改善学生知识结构、提高创新和实践能力、满足社会对高素质人才的需求为目的,提出并实施了一个发挥科研和产业优势,学研产有机结合的计算机专业人才培养机制。通过将科研成果转化为优质教学内容和为学生创造尽早参与科学研究的条件,使学生得到了实际、具体的科研锻炼。燕山大学科技园软件中心为学生培养提供了实际工作能力训练的真实环境和实际案例。学研产互动人才培养机制的建设提高了学生培养质量,增强了燕山大学计算机学科优势,促进了软件中心的进一步发展。
