| 摘 要： | 体育是实施素质教育，实现全面育人工作中的重要一环。面向21世纪，体育教育将面临着许多重大变革，对传统的体育教师定位带来许多重大的冲击。为了适应这种变化，体育教师必须扮演创新的角色、教学主体的服务角色、终身学习的角色。

| Abstract: | Sports are important in the implementation of education for all round development. In the 21st century,physical education is faced with many changes that have brought impetus to the traditional roles of the P.E. masters. To be adapted to these changes,the P.E. masters should be innovators,servants for the subjects of teaching,and lifelong learners in the socitey. |
