| 摘 要： | 王船山的廉政思想将培养官德、提出官吏的自律意识作为廉政的基本内容,在强调自律的同时,也不忽视他律,把自律与他律有机结合,对儒家的德本法末进行了某些改造,把加强制度建设,从外部规范约束官吏的行为,作为廉政的必要手段。

| Abstract: | Wang Chuanshan's honest government thought was centered around fostering government officials' morals and strengthening their self-discipline. In addition, he combined organically self- discipline with He-discipline, and remoulded the Confucian"Morals first and laws next" to some extent. He took it as essential means to strengthen the system construction and standardize and restrain the government officials from the outside. |
