| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,了解山西省中学体育教师专业化发展的现状,运用理论分析法和数理统计法对现状进行分析,补充、拓展体育教师专业化发展的内容,揭示了影响体育教师专业化发展的主要因素。理论结合实际,提出促进体育教师专业化发展的有效途径,为促进其发展提供有价值的参考。
