| 摘 要： | 根据我国近年来颁布实施的大量有关宗教的文件、法规 ,结合其他国家的宗教立法实践 ,我国宗教立法过程中应以马克思主义指导为原则 ,与社会主义发展相适应 ,尊重历史传统 ,处理好与其他法律法规、民族政策、相关国际公约的关系 ,弥补不足 ,加强对“邪教”的打击。
