| 摘 要： | 从内涵视角分析宪政，宪政概念的表达和解释具有多样性，且歧义丛生。舍弃内涵的差异性，从外延上透视其内在规定性，宪政是具有政治权力合法性、政治关系稳定性、政治行为规则性和政治发展可预测性的政治实践模式。

| Abstract: | When it is analyzed from the aspect of its connotation, constitutionalism allows a variety of expressions and explations, and much ambiguity exists in the concept. By abandoning the difference in connotation and analyzing its internal stipulativeness from its extension, constitutionalism can be seen as a political practice model that legalizes political power, stabilizes political relations, regulates political behaviors and predicts political development. |
