| 摘 要： | 在《乡村教师支持计划》实施的4年中,中国农村教育取得了长足的发展,农村体育教师作为学校体育的主要人力资源,关注该群体的专业成长十分必要。为了解在《乡村教师支持计划》背景下农村体育教师专业发展情况,本文在厘清相关概念的基础上,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对武陵山片区64所学校和320名教师进行了调研,结果显示:该地农村体育教师专业发展意识淡薄,亟待提升专业水平。本文认为可从加强政策实施力度、稳定和拓宽农村体育教师队伍、提高待遇水平、解决编制与职称问题和建立体育教师网络学习共同体5个方面来破解农村体育教师专业发展问题。

| Abstract: | In the four years since the implementation of the Rural Teacher Support Plan,rural education in China has made great progress.As the main human resource of school physical education,it is necessary for rural physical education teachers to pay attention to the professional growth of this group.In order to understand the situation of rural physical education teachers'professional development under this background,this paper investigates 64 schools and 320 teachers in Wulingshan District by using the methods of documentation and questionnaire.The results show that the rural physical education teachers'professional development consciousness is weak and the professional level needs to be improved urgently.This paper holds that we can solve the problems of rural physical education teachers'professional development from five aspects:strengthening policy implementation,stabilizing and broadening rural physical education teachers'team,improving treatment level,solving the problems of establishment and titles,and establishing a network learning community of physical education teachers. |
