穿山龙薯蓣皂苷酶酶学性质研究

摘    要:通过对不同硫酸铵饱和度沉淀所得的牛肝中皂苷酶活力的比较,筛选出较高生物活性皂苷酶,确定了最佳硫酸铵饱和度为55%.酶性质及酶反应最适条件的研究表明:水解穿山龙皂苷的酶反应最佳底物浓度为2%、最佳酶反应时间为4h、最适反应温度为42℃、最适pH值为5.0.

Abstract:According to the different saturation ammonium sulfate precipitation resulting in bovine liver enzyme activity comparison of saponin production,screening of high biological activity of saponins in bovine liver enzyme,selected from the best 55% ammonium sulfate saturation.Enzyme properties and enzyme the optimum conditions of the reaction of yam saponin studies showed that hydrolysis enzyme reaction the optimum substrate concentration is 2%,the optimal enzyme reaction time is 4 h,optimum reaction temperature is 42 ℃,the optimum pH value is 5.0.
