| 摘 要： | 网球人才关系着竞技体育的持续发展,在众多人才培养模式中,体育运动学校的网球人才培养是对网球运动输送优秀运动员的一个重要途径之一,一定程度上决定着未来网球运动发展水平。通过文献资料法、数理统计、专家访谈等方法,系统分析了泉州市体育运动学校网球运动员的培养现状。研究结果表明:泉州体育运动学校网球人才储备数量不多,对网球人才的选拔科学性不足,运动员参与比赛的机会较少,科研水平和医务监督力度不够。

| Abstract: | Tennis talents cultivation contribute to the ongoing development of competitive sports, among many cultivation forms, tennis talents cultivation in sports school is an important channel to select excellent athletes and to some extent it determine the future development of tennis. Through literature review, coupled with statistics analysis and interview of specialists, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of tennis talent cultivation. The results show that sports school in Quanzhou do not have a sufficient reserve of tennis talents, selection of talents lack scientific methods, athletes are not offered good opportunities to participate in contest, research as well as medical supervision in this regard need to be improved. |
