| 摘 要： | 党内和谐主要是指党的思想和谐、政治和谐、组织和谐。党内是否和谐决定了党的事业的成败，党内和谐也是社会和谐的重要表率。但是，当前党内还存在种种不和谐，主要表现在党内腐败现象不断发生，一些党的基层组织自行其是违背党章，一些领导干部错误的政绩观，以及在用人上任人唯亲、作风上搞家长制等问题，因此必须坚决予以克服。要充分认识党内和谐是促进社会和谐的关键；要严格执行党章，按照党章规范党员的言行，统一党内思想；要进一步健全党内民主监督机制；要增强党的纪律性；要牢固树立为民执政的观念。

| Abstract: | Inner-party harmony mainly refers to the harmony in thought,politics and mechanism;the inner-party harmony guarantees the success of the Party ' s cause and is an example of the social harmony.However,there are all kinds of inharmonies inside the party: frequent occurrences of corruption cases,violation of party constitution in party ' s grass-root level,some cadre ' s wrong view on achievements and appointment of people by favoritism.To solve these problems,we should realize that inner-party harmony is the key to social harmony,implement party constitution strictly,regulate the party members ' words and deeds and seek unity ideologically.We should also perfect democratic supervision system inside the party,strengthen party ' s discipline and entertain an idea of holding the reins of government for the people. |
