| 摘 要： | 本文通过实证研究,运用因子分析法,将大连与21个重要城市的都市现代化农业发展进行横向对比,得出大连市在都市农业发展方面在全国处于中游水平。通过分析制约大连都市现代农业发展的瓶颈因素,并借鉴北京、上海、成都的先进经验,结合十八大主题,提出了大连都市现代化农业发展的对策措施,为大连实现"十二五"时期农业科学发展的新跨越提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper, through an empirical study and with a factor analysis method, conducts a horizontal comparison between Dalian and other 21 major cities in China on the development of urban modern agriculture, concluding that Dalian remains medium-level nationwide. Through analysis of Dalian＇ s bottlenecks in developing urban modern agriculture, with advanced experience of Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, and in accordance with the requirements of the 18th CPC National Congress, the paper puts forward countermeasures for the problems, giving support to the decision making of Dalian to realize the agricultural development new leap forward in the 12th Five-Year Plan period. |
