| 摘 要： | 素质教育重视不够 ,教师教学观念与方法滞后 ,教师知识与能力滞后 ,学生学习效率不高等 ,是JEFC在农村中学使用中存在的主要问题 ,探讨这些问题产生的原因 ,提出相应的对策 ,有利于提高英语教学效果。
