| 摘 要： | 通过对清华科技园的空间扩散模式进行探讨,指出科技园区的空间扩散实际上是两种或多种模式的组合,究竟采用何种模式,取决于自身条件、发展阶段、城市环境、政府推动、管理者理念等诸多因素,下一阶段清华科技园的空间扩散可能会以扩展扩散为主,向现有规划区内部及周边扩展,兼顾向条件突出的二三线城市扩散,即重点建设现有集群,扩散速度将放缓。
