| 摘 要： | 随着研究生教育的不断发展,研究生导师队伍的质量要求越来越高,建构一套科学合理的导师质量评价体系的呼吁也愈来愈高。本文着重分析构建导师评价体系的几个核心因素,以便进一步确定导师质量评价指标。
