| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断变革，经济的飞速发展，高等教育以国家投资为辅，学费和自筹资金为主的投资体系正在形成走内涵式发展道路，提高教育资源的使用效益已成为高等教育管理的紧迫任务。本文分析了优化高等教育资源使用效益的必要性和原则，提出了优化高等教育资源使用效益的若干措施。

| Abstract: | With the constant social reform and rapid econom~ic development,the finances system of higher education financed mainly by goverments with tuition fee and self-raised funds as secondary source of expenditurer has taken~ the shape,which has made it an urgent task for higher educational adm~inistrationas to run college in a connotative~ way and reap the fullest benifit that edcational resource can provide.the paper analyses the necessity and principles of optimizing the benifit from resource and bring forward relevant measures to achieve the goal. |
