| 摘 要： | 美国、英国、澳大利亚等一些国家已经出台了知识管理标准。知识管理标准的出台对规范知识管理的理论研究和实践探索都具有积极的作用。我国也于2009年出台了首个国家标准,但与国外相比,还存在诸如领导体制、规则细化、宣传影响等方面的不足。从国外知识管理标准的制定中,吸收一些经验,将有利于促进我国今后知识管理标准的发展。Abstract：Some countries represented by the United States,Britain and Australia have issued the knowledge management standard.The introduction of knowledge management standard has a positive effect on the standardization of the theoretical study and practical exploration of knowledge management.China also introduced the first national standard in 2009.However,compared with the foreign countries,there are some deficiencies such as in the leadership system,rule refinement and propaganda.Absorbing some experiences from abroad will help promote the development of knowledge management standard in China in the future.
