| 摘 要： | 针对如何有效控制竞争情报分析系统开发的质量问题,借鉴CMM理论,引入成长期成熟度模型,并分析其基本原理,同时论述该模型对实施竞争情报分析系统的作用与价值。最后,对该模型进行详细的剖析与设计,以期达到灵活控制与调节竞争情报分析系统开发过程的目的,进而去优化整个竞争情报系统的效能。Abstract：As to how to effectively control the quality of the competitive intelligence analysis system in its development,this article,based on the CMM theory,introduces the accrescent maturity model,and then analyzes its basic principle.At the same time,the article discusses the role and value of the model on the implementation of the competitive intelligence analysis system.Finally,the article anatomizes the model in depth and designs the model in an attempt to flexibly control and regulate the development process of the competitive intelligence analysis system to further optimize the efficiency of the whole competitive intelligence system.
