摘    要:知识创新运行过程涉及多方面主体要素行为,受到内部、外部动力与障碍因素的共同影响,以市场为导向,以实现市场价值为目标要素,形成了一个由知识创新构思子系统、知识创新构思评价子系统、知识创新研发子系统、知识创新商业化子系统、知识创新反思子系统相互作用、相互依赖、协同发展的复杂知识创新运行过程的网络协同系统。知识创新运行网络协同模型,揭示了知识创新运行各子系统之间的结构及其运行的规律。在此基础上给出促进知识创新运行过程良性循环的对策。
Abstract:
The operational process of knowledge innovation is involved with various elements. It is affected by the internal and external factors together. Taking market as the guide and the realization of market value as the objective,it forms a complicated network coordination system composed of the knowledge innovation design subsystem, knowledge innovation evaluation subsystem,knowledge innovation research and development subsystem,knowledge innovation commercialization subsystem and knowledge innovation retrospection subsystem,which interact with one another,rely on one anther and develop in coordination. The network coordination model for knowledge innovation operation reveals the structures among the subsystems and their operational rules. On this basis,countermeasures for the promotion of virtuous cycle of knowledge innovation operation are given.
