| 摘 要： | 通过对我国权威政策法规数据库进行检索,对检索结果从发布时间、发布效力级别等处着手,对我国国家信息资源政策法规建设现状进行分析,思考我国现行信息资源政策法规存在的问题,为今后信息资源政策法规制定提供参考。Abstract：Based on the retrieval of the authorized policy and law databases in China,this article analyzes the status quo of the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in China from the issuing time and the grades of issuing efficacity. The article thinks about the problems in the current policies and laws for information resources in China in an attempt to provide reference for the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in future.
