| 摘 要： | 反全球化思潮演变成当前的反全球化运动,可谓既源于全球化,又超出全球化。由于反全球化自身的局限性,其对全球化的制衡意义十分有限。不过,它的积极意义也不可磨灭。首先,反全球化浪潮迫使国际社会开始反思全球化的消极面,在减免穷国债务和缩小贫富差距等问题上开始进行政策调整。其次,反全球化运动对世界银行和国际货币基金组织的政策和运作方式将产生积极影响。再次,反全球化运动迫使跨国公司考虑调整自己的劳工标准和环保等方面的行为规范,以体现人道主义的全球化时代要求。随着反全球化运动的深入开展,它必将逐渐走向成熟,并在与全球化的交互推进中,相商演好全球化这台“大戏”。

Expounding the Movement of Anti-globalization |

| Abstract: | Modern anti-globalization movement is evolved from the ideological trend of anti-globalization but goes beyond it. Because of its own limitation, its functions of restricting globalization is also quite limited. However, its positive significance can not be ignored. With the deepening of anti-globalization movement, it is bound to grow mature and play its active role in the course of cooperating with globalization. |
