| 摘 要： | 在农村建立和发展党的基层组织是中国革命和建设过程中的一条基本经验。廓清农村基层党组织在建设社会主义新农村进程中的应然地位,梳理农村基层党组织应对社会主义新农村建设面临的挑战与问题,探索农村基层党组织推进社会主义新农村建设中的作用机制与实践途径,这本身也是加强社会主义新农村建设的一项重要举措。

| Abstract: | The basic experience in China revolutionizes and construction process is the establishment and development party's basic-level organization in the countryside.The countryside basic-level party organization similarly has the vital role and the profound influence regarding the advancement socialism new rural reconstruction.One of the important actions of strengthen the socialism new rural reconstruction is cleaning up the countryside basic-level party organization's should however the status in the construction socialism new countryside advancement,facing with challenge and the question which faces to the socialism new rural reconstruction positively and exploring the function mechanism and the practice way of the countryside basic-level party organization to advance the socialism new rural reconstruction. |
