| 摘 要： | 从崭新的思考角度提出企业内部作为制度变迁的初级行动团体,应逐步改善内部产权制度;国家以次级行动团体的身份不断为家族企业提供合理的外部环境支持,由内而外的逐步完成家族企业产权制度的诱致性变迁。

| Abstract: | The property right system is critical to development of family business. From the new angle of thinking, the paper presents that the business should reform internal property right system step-by-step as primary action group and the government should offer rational support on external environment continuously as subsequent action group to achieve the motivational transition of property right system of family business from inside to outside. |
