| 摘 要： | 随着高校科技创新能力的不断增强,保护高校自主知识产权问题日益引起人们的关注.在陕西高校科技创新过程中,专利权归属问题是造成权利纠纷和影响科技创新的一个重要因素.针对我国职务发明法律规定的不足,对完善陕西高校职务发明权专利权归属问题提出建议.
