| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化的发展,传统、单一的人事档案管理方式也不能适应普通高校发展的需要,阐述普通高校人事档案管理信息化的重要意义,分析现阶段普通高校人事档案管理中存在的问题,加强普通高校人事档案管理的信息化,以期人事档案信息化与学校其它信息化建设工作同步、协调发展,最大化地为学校科学决策、选人用人提供优良、快捷的服务。

| Abstract: | With the development of social information, the traditional and simple management of human resource files can not meet the needs of universities. On the ground of expounding the importants of the information management of human resource files in university, this paper analyses the current university problem of management of human resource files, and describe the idea of the university information management of human resource files. It indicates that the information management of human resource files can be in coordinated development with other information construction work of the university, and to provide the excellent and efficient service for the university scientifical decision-making and human resource selecting. |
