| Abstract: | In this paper,the internal relations between science and innovation are analyzed and discussed from the theoretical perspective.The key factors to improve people's innovation ability are expounded,and the idea is presented that,for scientific and technological workers,only when they are voluntarily educated and strengthen their consciousness of study,can they improve their innovation ability continuously and make a breakthrough in scientific research. |
