| 摘 要： | 男女退休不同年龄的政策在我国已有经年,当下,此种差异引发了社会各界激烈争论。随着社会变迁此制度已难适应社会需要,应当适度提高男女退休年龄,实行自愿选择的弹性退休制度,并辅以工作能力测评机制。

| Abstract: | Different age policy on retirement age for men and women in China has been years now,and this difference led to intense community debate.With the social changes this system has been difficult to adapt to social needs.Men and women should have an appropriate increase in the retirement age,have a voluntary choice and flexible retirement system,and been supplemented the work capacity assessment mechanisms. |
