| 摘 要： | 农村教育中教育经费不足、师资力量薄弱、结构不合理等问题，严重制约着农村经济的持续快速发展。本文认为，应通过政府提供教育经费、构建现代信息技术平台、加强师资建设、健全法制、发展职业技术教育等路径，为农村社会和教育等方面的发展提供理念支持和良性发展模式，保障农村经济的持续快速发展，促进和谐农村与和谐社会建设。

| Abstract: | In rural education, there are many problems such as educational expenditure insufficiency, the shortage of teachers, unreasonable structure are restricting the rapid development of the rural economy. Through providing educational expenditure from government, building the platform of modern information technology, strengthening the teachers＇ construction, perfecting legal system, developing vocational-technical education and other approaches, the rural community, education development and other aspects have got the supporting ideas and the sustainable development model to ensure its development and promote a harmonious countryside and society. |
