| 摘 要： | 本文对区域人才战略背景下的教师教育改革取向的影响做了具体的分析,提出区域人才战略背景下的教师教育改革取向,认为教师教育改革取向必须以区域人才战略为参照系,教师教育的师范性和专业化应当加强,教师教育招生应当少而精,专业发展应当专而强,应当整合资源,实现协同作战,打造教师教育研究和培养基地。
