| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、对比法、与逻辑推理等方法对传统武术文化中有利于健全人格培养的相关内容进行较为全面的概括、归纳、分析，认为传统武术在传授武术技术的过程中较为重视以伦理型文化为主的道德人格塑造，为促进武术文化全球化发展、帮助广大习武者更快地适应当今激烈竞争的社会，必须充分挖掘武术文化的育人功能，加强对习武者的健全人格塑造与培养。

| Abstract: | Through reciting relevant documents, comparison and reasoning, the paper makes comprehensive generalization, conclusion and analysis of the contents in traditional martial arts that is propitious to cultivating healthy personality. Then it coneludes that traditional martial arts stresses the cultivation of ethical culture as the main moral force of personality in its teaching process, and proposes that we must make full use of the personality - cultivating function of martial arts, mould and nurture the healthy personality of martial arts learners in order to promote the global development of martial arts and help its learners adapt to the fierce competition of modem society. |
