| 摘 要： | 近年来,发生在我国的洪涝、雪灾、地震等自然灾害导致广大农村家庭财产和人员遭到损伤.低收入家庭受到的损伤尤为严重.作为一种有效的扶贫和金融发展手段,小额保险在我国农村快速发展起来,从而弥补了商业保险和社会保障的空白,但农村在发展小额保险的过程中,出现了许多问题.制定和完善小额保险相关法律法规.加强诚信建设是保证我国农村小额保险健康发展的关键.
