| 摘 要： | 世界制造业发展过程中,其外部性常导致环境资源的枯竭和环境污染加剧.迄今为止,世界上典型的工业化国家都未能避免先污染后治理的发展道路.中国工业污染主要来自制造业,而制造业引进外资的比重较大.因此,在世界制造业向中国转移过程中,确定制造业向中国转移的边际收益和边际成本,设立合理的环境标准,从而减少制造业向中圆转移过程中的环境污染.
