| 摘 要： | 风险投资是由于高新技术产业发展需要而产生的。风险投资和其他投资一样,也要保持正常循环。风险投资的循环要经历筹集资金、运用资金、回收资金等几个阶段。与传统投资循环方式相比,风险投资是主动追求风险收益,通过股权出售或者转让的方式,从所投资项目中退出来回收资金,然后再去寻找新的项目,从而实现风险投资的循环。
