| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等职业教育的飞速发展，高职院校人文素质教育存在的问题也日益显现。高职院校把专业教育与人文素质教育融合起来，通过革新办学理念、办学机制、加强师资队伍等措施，大力开展人文素质教育，对于在新时期新阶段全面落实科学发展观，坚持以人为本，全面提升高职院校的人才培养水平，具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, the humanities quality education witnesses the many prob- lems in itself. Higher vocational colleges should merge the professional education and humanities quality education to develop the humanities quality education by the means of innovating the education concept, reforming the education system and strengthening the teaching staff, which is significant for fulfilling scientific development view, regarding human being as important and promoting the talent quality of higher vocational colleges in an all-round way. |
