| 摘 要： | 通过文献、调查、现场观察等方法,对我国女子柔道特长技术外卷接寝技的技术结构与配套专项素质特点进行了分析;分析总结了影响我国柔道寝技技术水平提高的主要制约因素;通过实验研究观察我国柔道投接寝技技术的训练创新方法系统的应用方法和应用效果;并提出备战北京奥运会训练突破的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the construction of outward grappling technique which Chinese women judo athletes are good at and related special quality by literature,survey and observation.Main factors restraining Chinese throwing and grappling technique are also analyzed.New training regime of this technique is also put into practice and studied by experiment.Ways and methods to pre-Beijing Olympic Games training are put forward. |
