| Abstract: | There must be some similarities between enterprise employee training and teacher training. An analysis and application to the training experience in the business area will also help educational training. Through an practical analysis of the staff training program designed by IBM, this paper aims to provide some constructive suggestion to the information literacy of the teaching training in primary and middle schools in China. |
