镉对雄性生殖毒性的研究进展

摘    要:镉是一种具有慢性毒害的重金属,生殖系统对其毒性非常敏感,其中,镉的雄性生殖毒性分别从对睾丸和附睾形态的影响,镉对睾丸生精过程中某些酶的影响,睾丸组织的病理学改变及其对精子参数的影响,镉对内分泌和生殖力的影响等四个方面进行阐述。镉的生殖毒性作用机理目前存在四种假设:镉-钙互作,酶谱改变,镉与金属硫蛋白的关系,氧化损伤和微量元素的关系等。最后还展望了镉的生物学研究前景。

Abstract:Cadmium is a kind of heavy metal with obvious chronic toxicity and very sensitive to genital system. This paper talks about the synthesis of cadmium in the male reproductive toxicity and its mechanism, explaining such aspects as the male reproductive toxicity of cadmium from the impact of the testis and epididymis shape, the'impact of some enzymes in spermatogenesis process, pathological changes of testieular tissues and the effects in sperm parameters, and the impact of the endocrine and fertility. There are four assumptions existing in cadmium reproductive toxicity cadmium , which are calcium interaction, the change of spectrum, the relationship between cadmium and metallothionein (Metallothionein,MT), oxidative damage and trace element, etc. Finally, the author looks into the prospect of biology.
