| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革进一步推进，学前教育得到了前所未有的重视。如何在借鉴国外经验的基础上，提出适宜于中国学前教育的发展思路，值得研究者思考。文章详细梳理了不同国家在学前教育改革和发展中提出的各项措施，包括制定学前教育发展规划，加大政府财政投入，培养优质学前教育师资，学前教育机构的多样化，学前教育课程的改革。这些措施可为我国相关部门制定政策时提供一定参考。
