| 摘 要： | 旅游经济持续发展的关键是人才，重庆市旅游从业人员学历层次较低，部分人员素质较差，高层管理人员比较匮乏，这已成为重庆旅游经济快速发展的限制性因素。本文就旅游人才培养途径提出了进一步提高旅游从业人员的学历层次和综合素质、实施产学结合的培养措施、实行在职人员全员培训、建立人才培训机制、组建合理的旅游人才集团等的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The key to the continuous development of tourism economy is talented persons. The relatively low formal schooling of theworks in Chongqing tourism, the relatively poor quality in some of them, and the relative lack of high administrators, have become restric-tive factors in the rapid development of Chongqing tourism economy. For the ways to cultivate tourism talents, this article puts forwardsuch suggestions as further improving the formal schooling and comprehensive quality of tourism workers, implementing the cultivationstep of combining production and learning, practicing the training of all workers on the job, establishing the talent- training mechanisms,and organizing reasonable circles of tourism talents. |
