| 摘 要： | 讨论了商业银行信贷过程中客户的识别、搜寻与选择过程,应用信息经济学的分析方法建立了一个搜寻模型,并从理论上论证了搜寻最优解的存在性及其搜寻约束条件,并说明了搜寻方式的适用范围。
