| 摘 要： | 本文首先提出"科技外交"的概念,在总结科技外交相关理论知识的基础上,逐步揭示科技与外交的内在联系、相互作用。同时探索主要发达国家的科技外交状况,剖析其在利用全球科技资源中的外交战略,进而在利用全球科技资源的同时为我国更好地开展科技外交工作提供参考依据。最后针对我国科技外交的现状和问题,提出了加强和完善我国科技外交工作的原则性要求和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper first gives the concept of"science and technology diplomacy"on the basis of some theory knowl- edge,then gradually reveals the inherent and interaction about science and Technology with diplomacy at the same time explores the science and technology diplomacy status of some development countries,analysis its strategy of science and technology diplomacy in the use of global resources,for the better in the use of global scientific and technological re- sources and providing reference how to conduct science and technology diplomacy.Finally Against some status and prob- lems of our country science and technology diplomacy giving the principle requirements and recommendations about strengthening and improving China's science and technology diplomacy work. |
