摘    要:介绍了燃料燃烧过程中NOx的形成机理,结合某厂SCR法烟气脱硝项目,介绍了SCR法脱硝技术的工艺流程、主要系统、催化剂选型、SCR法烟气脱硝工艺的影响因素以及实际运行调节状况和运行中易出现的问题和注意事项。

Abstract:The mechanism of NOx formation in coal combustion are introduced.Acorrding to a power plant’s SCR DeNOx project item,the technical process,key system and catalyst type of SCR DeNOx technology are also introduced.Some factors that influence the functions of the SCR catalysts are analyzed.Finally,the actual running status and matters needing attention for SCR DeNOx application in coal-fired power plants are presented.
