| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪中华民族传统体育发展的总体原则是坚持与社会主义现代化建设相融合的科学发展观 ;发展的基本出路是坚持与市场经济相适应的产业化发展观 ;发展的动力依靠是坚持以教育为基础的人才发展观 ;发展的基本定位是坚持以健康为价值取向的文化发展观 ;发展的根本目的是坚持以人民大众为对象的全民健身发展观 ;发展的运行机制是坚持以民族特色为风格的整体和谐发展观。

| Abstract: | The entire principle of ethnic sports development in 21st century is scientific development view of insisting on combing with socialism, modern construction;(2)Its basic tendency is industrialization view of adapting to market economy; (3)Its force is talents view of depending on education;(4)Its basic position is cultural view of taking health as value origination; (5)Its basic purpose is sport-for-all view of taking mass as development subject and its mechanism is entire and harmonious view of taking ethnic characteristics as style. |
