| 摘 要： | 以1915年《青年杂志》的创办作为新文化运动兴起的标志是不恰当的,其实新文化运动早在二十世纪初年已经出现。理由是：资产阶级思想启蒙运动应出现在资产阶级革命爆发之前,辛亥革命之前中国已具备资产阶级思想意识产生和传播的条件,中国先进知识分子在辛亥革命之前已广泛宣传“民主”与“科学”的资产阶级的新的思想文化。

| Abstract: | It's not suitable to take the"Youth Mafazin e" as the symbol if the rise of the New-culture Movement, in fact this movement had a ppeared as early as at the begi nning of the 20th century.
