| 摘 要： | 青海农牧业基础脆弱，生态环境恶劣，自然灾害频繁，农牧业投入严重不足，基础设施建设滞后，抗御自然灾害的能力弱，特别是这几年连续干旱给农牧业造成很大危害，传统农畜产品长期增产不增收，农牧民的生产积极性受到影响，农牧民生活得不到实质改善，农牧民不能尽快富裕起来，全面建设小康社会，加快现代化的目标就不可能最终实现，因此，通过发展特色经济是农牧民增收的有效途径，积极推进科技兴农，发展增值增利的农畜产品，大力发燕尾服非农产业，提高农牧民的收入。

| Abstract: | The fundament of QingHai' s agriculture and stockbreeding is very frangible, the zoology and environment is bad, the disaster of nature is frequent, the devotion to agriculture and stockbreeding is seriously lack, the construction of fundament facilities is lag, especially the continuous drought has taken great harm to the agriculture and stockbreeding in the last years, the traditional produce increase production but don t increase income chronically, the peasantry and grazier's production enthusiasm has been influenced,the peasantry and grazier's living can't get improvement,the peasantry and grazier can t become rich rapidly, the aim of accelerate modernization will never realize. Therefore, it is a effective ways to increase farmer's income that develop the distinctive economy. Improving agriculture prosper by science, developing produce that can rise value and profit, developing non - produce vigorously, in order to increase farmer's income. |
