| 摘 要： | 在全面推进城乡义务教育一体化建设中,国家方面不断调整经费体制加大教育经费投入,地方政府积极制定当地发展策略,中小学校不断推进自身建设为一体化发展带来机遇。针对一体化中存在的学校数量持续减少,教师队伍建设问题和生源流失问题,要坚持合理性原则规划学校布局,坚持灵活性原则改革教师队伍,坚持发展性原则促进就地城镇化,稳步推进城乡义务教育一体化发展。

| Abstract: | In the process of promoting the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in an all-round way,the state constantly adjusts the funding system and increases investment in education funds.Local governments actively formulate local development strategies,and primary and secondary schools constantly promote their own construction to bring opportunities for integrated development.In view of the continuous decrease of the number of schools,the construction of teachers and the loss of students in the integration,we should adhere to the principles of rationality in planning the layout of schools,flexibility in reforming teachers and development in promoting local urbanization to steadily promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education. |
