摘    要:针对印染废水脱色难的问题,实验采用Fenton氧化正交试验法对活性红、蓝、黑SNE 3种单体活性染料配制的模拟废水和实际印染废水进行了脱色和去除COD的研究.结果表明,Fenton法对印染废水色度有90%以上的脱色效果,其最优化实验条件为:水样初始pH=4,30%H2O2投加量为2 ml/L,FeSO4.7H2O投加量为400 mg/L,反应时间为30 min.优化条件下,在废水有效脱色的同时,Fenton氧化还能使实际印染废水COD去除率达91.88%,降解效果明显.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of decolorizing dyeing wastewater,orthogonal experiments were carried out to determine the optimum conditions of decolorizing and COD removal of three kinds of monomer simulated active dyeing wastewater(active dye red,blue and black) and the actual factory dyeing wastewater.The results showed that the chromaticity removal rate of Fenton oxidation exceeds 90%,the optimum operating conditions were:the initial pH of wastewater is pH=4,the additive amount of H2O2 is 400 mg/L,and the reacti...
