| 摘 要： | 本文从可持续发展的角度阐述了何为科技创新;科技创新应以降低资源消耗量和延长使用寿命为基本目标;技术创新是实现循环利用和绿色工业的关键因素;科技创新是生态城市和绿色消费的保证;最后指出建立公平、高效、完善的科技创新机制和综合有效的科技创新评价标准的必要性.

| Abstract: | At first, this paper elaborates the concept of innovation of science technology under the sustainable eo-nomic development science technology innovation should focus on reducing the comswrption of resource and prolonging the lifetime of prodncts. innovation is the crucial factor for the recycling and the green industry, also is the safeguard for the ecological cities and green consumption, Finally one fair eflective and perfect science and technology innovation system and the eflective recycling for the innovation of science technology should be set up. |
