| 摘 要： | 产业技术创新战略联盟依附于产业创新链、技术创新链,通过一系列的价值增值活动来达到产业创新的目标.基于联盟项目,构建了产业技术创新联盟的价值网模型,揭示了联盟创新价值实现的机理和逻辑,最后给出了相应的政策含义和建议.

| Abstract: | An increasingly popular instrument for achieving the objective of industrial innovation within a series of value-added activities is industrial technology innovation strategic alliance attached to the industry innovation chain and technology innovation chain. In this paper, we reveal the value realization mechanism and logic of alliance innovation in a model of value-net based on the alliance project. Finally, the paper is also practical by giving the corresponding policy implications and suggestions. |
